The B & B Vanessa House is a villa, surrounded by greenery in a beautiful residential area with large villas and private parks on the outskirts of Venice.

Each of our rooms has an independent entrance and is equipped with all the necessary comforts for an ideal holiday.

Near the public transport stop, the B & B Vanessa House allows you to reach Venice easily even without moving the car.

All rooms, in addition to being equipped with every standard comfort, have a small fridge and a kettle to prepare tea or hot drinks.

The heating is autonomous.

The pool is available for all our guests.
